“A recording from pe:rsona in France, one of the most memorable sets of the summer for me!! 

I felt a connection to this crowd in particular and that’s not something that happens often. A lot of this is down to the people behind this festival, the pe:rsona/Positive Education crew are very intentional with what they do, they champion and support a lot of artists who aren’t necessarily ‘big names’. I think this cultivates a crowd that trusts in their curation, they’ve fostered this really special energy. 

I played on Friday night between two live sets, Christian Coiffure and Renslink. They are two incredible acts to be sandwiched in-between which inspired the set to evolve the way it did.

This month's spiralling, naturally show will be hosted by the always brilliant Tristan Arp, who co-runs the Human Pitch label alongside Simsea & has just released a new single on the imprint, 'Spiral's Leap' with a DJ Plead remix. Joining him on the show will be the 3024-affiliated artist Ehua, who recently released her debut album Panta Rei, and yingtuitive, who also just released her debut album, Letters To Self 寫情書, on Will Hofbauer's Third Place label.
