After a seemingly endless flight in Eastern direction over hills and valleys, Hekske (the little witch) and Falke (the 10 year-old witch apprentice) arrived in the Mátra mountains in northern Hungary.  The girls sensed that they had reached their destination, and gently touched down near the edge of a vast forest near the top of a hill.  From this vantage point, they had a breathtaking view over the rolling hills and great plains of Hungary.
A few minutes later, 7 elves came out of the woods and gave a warm welcome to their visitors.  They explained that the Nagyboldogasszony was waiting for them.  The 2 witches had never heard from this creature, so the elves explained that she is a goddess who lives for over 4000 years in this area, and she is the mother goddess and protectress of all beings in her realm.
The witches realized that they were not going to participate in a witch coven, but in something much bigger.  The deeper they moved into the forest, the more they became aware of the strong divine energy of this place, and they felt this wholesome energy permeate inside their body and soul.  On the way to the Nagyboldogasszony, they passed through 7 gates, and after crossing each gate, the energy got more intense, while their pace got slower and slower.  Finally, after passing through the seventh gate, both girls finally saw the sleeping goddess, bathing in light and radiating pure goodness.  She was easily the most impressive creature they had ever seen, even when sleeping.  It took a few minutes to get used to all these strong energies, after which they realized they stood in the middle of a witch’s ring of mushrooms … a true power spot. However, the circle was not fully round as it got interrupted by the forest path, which the witches found a pity at first. 
Meanwhile the sun had already set and the forest was darkening quickly. The Nagyboldogasszony was sleeping so peacefully, that the witches got engulfed by a wave of serenity they had never felt before. Hekske and Falke spontaneously turned to each other in the middle of the witch’s ring, and – without saying a single word - laid their right hand on the other girl’s chest. Hekske immediately felt a strong energy running from her heart through her arm and flowing into Falke’s body. And she also felt a strong and warm energy entering her heart through Falke’s hand. This flow of energy gradually became stronger, until she saw Falke’s beating heart glowing up in pink from underneath her immaculately white dress. And in Falke’s blue eyes, she could see the reflection of her own heart glowing up in a stunning shade of pink. And as if by magic, the little mushrooms in the witches ring also started to emit a soft pink glow which travelled lazily in counterclockwise direction along the ring of mushrooms. This energy got stronger and stronger until Hekske and Falke simultaneously sang the words ‘Veled Egy Vagyok’. Despite not speaking a single word of Hungarian, they immediately understood the meaning ‘I Am One With You’. Meanwhile the forest had become very dark, until a near full moon rose over the Southeastern sky, which made the imperfect witch’s ring glow up even more. Then Hekske understood the parallels … the near-full moon, the near-round witch’s ring…
The girls gradually lost all sense of space and time, and when they opened their eyes, the forest was full of little lights. Or were they floating in space, in the middle of the stars in the soothing yet energizing company of the Nagyboldogasszony? Only time would tell …

When I got the offer for the 4:30 playtime I was shaking in the beginning because I expected the night to be super dark and clubby, wondering how my dreamy sound could compete with the powerful sets. A few hours before my gig I started to realize that it's starting to get bright at 4:00 already so I quickly adjusted my set, not finishing with a climax like typical but rather getting dreamy and moody towards the end, leaving some space for daylight feelings :)
