Following [OR41]Trama, Hereafter is the second EP by aïne, the Hamburg based producer duo - Vitor Aguiar and Mathias Freimann. Inspired by moving images and pictorial atmospheres, Hereafter bends mediums and styles, exploring themes about love and loss; reflectiveness, breakthroughs and the comfort of new perspectives.

frequently resort to when they run out of words. Still, once in a while, stereotypes speak truth
to an artist’s satement. Since French dj/producer Damon Jee started his career in the early
1990’s, there’s never been a straight and rectilinear path to follow. An ungraspable and
deviant kind of open-mindedness underlines the contours of a trajectory stretching wide
across the spectrum of contemporary electronic music ; fact is evidence : his records have
been released on labels as diverse and versatile as Tora Tora, Definitive Recordings, Clouded
Vision, Startalk International, Days of Being Wild, Pour La Vie, Nein, Playpal… And,
symetrically, his dj acts and productions have never been clear-cut… never too dark… never
too bright… slurred, twisted and convoluted… subtly balancing his ubiquitous taste for indie
rock and synthetic music… bridging body and cerebral responses into an electronic
psychedelia… opening up a seamy and shady in-between…
Over the last 10 years, Damon Jee has become a key and recurrent actor of the electronic
scene. He has played in many clubs and festivals, in many cities and in many countries. He
started up collaborations with the likes of John Acquaviva and Olivier Giacomotto and his
own productions have been playlisted by Sven Vath, Richie Hawtin, Marco Carola, Ivan
Smagghe, Morgan Hammer, Chloé, Daniel Avery, Erol Alkan, Ewan Pearson, Optimo,
Jennifer Cardini, David Shaw, Matt Walsh, Remain Oxia and many others…

My name is Álvaro, I run my own label based in Madrid, Rotten City Records. I have been DJing since late 90's. I have been resident at crazy clubs such as Coppelia, Mondo Disko or Sport.
I love many musical genres but not generic music.
I can play a lot of kind of moods, I could defined my favorites vibes as the range that goes from 'Slow Motion Leftfield Techno' to 'Psych New Wave Disco'.

This sound creation from Soundwalk Collective takes us thousands of years into the future: a time where super intelligence and interstellar travel is the norm. One is invited to discover the Louvre Abu Dhabi and its surroundings to understand history, its impact and meaning in a post-human galaxy, while questioning free will, human nature and destiny.

Humans have a unique ability for abstract thinking paired with an affinity for the past, giving rise to museums that capture history and preserve it. We reflect as we look into the future: building on the work of our ancestors, where is our species headed? After all, lived reality is always a construction of the imagination.

Interpreted by Willem Dafoe, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Hussain Al Jassmi, Zhou Dongyu, Nina Kraviz, Wim Wenders & Jean Nouvel, the sound piece concludes with an M.I.T. algorithm defining the names of future exoplanets.
