Kris Dur – Biography:

Christian Durán, better known as Kris Dur, is a DJ and music producer from Mexico City, passionate about music from an early age—especially electronic sounds. With over 20 years of experience behind the decks, he has explored a wide range of genres, ultimately establishing his artistic identity within the world of Progressive House.

Throughout his career, he has performed at some of the most iconic venues in Mexico, including Danzoo, Rioma, Hookah Lounge Condesa, Alphabet, Xaman Bar, Bara Bara (Puerto Morelos), On Heaven, La Oldschool (Playa del Carmen), and Zamanik (Tulum), among others.

On the discography front, Kris Dur has released music on some of the most respected international labels, such as The Soundgarden, Mango Alley, Univack, Freegrant Music, Manual Music, Movement Recordings, Sound Avenue, and Deepwibe Digital.

He is currently focused on producing new tracks and refining a personal sonic aesthetic—rich in textures, emotion, and depth. His productions have received support from major international figures such as Hernán Cattáneo, Nick Warren, John Digweed, Solomun, &ME, Black Coffee, Kevin Di Serna, Kamilo Sanclemente, Paul Deep, and Nicolas Rada, as part of a growing network of global tastemakers.

Kris Dur continues to forge an authentic path within Progressive House, blending musical sensitivity with a solid and contemporary artistic vision.

This week we welcome @helkah, a Paris-born producer and DJ, passionate about music as a way to express our deepest emotions. He has evolved in the Progressive and Melodic Techno scene, drawing inspiration from leading artists such as Innellea, Anyma, and Daniel Portman.

His debut EP on Teoxane Production reached over 40k streams in just a few months. As a remixer, he has reworked tracks by Zaratustra, The Real Carter, Dogs and Cables, Arielle LB, Cristian Varela, and even David Guetta.

Helkah has performed in iconic Parisian venues such as Solum, La Java, Le Queen, Ozoo, and Bus Palladium, sharing the stage with amazing artists including Space Motion, Stereo Express, Alex Stein, Enai, and many more. He also hosts a weekly radio show every Friday on InProgress Radio, gathering thousands of listeners.
