Nearly two years have passed since "88:88"'s VHS release, but fans have been asking for something... more grand. Telefuture is beyond ecstatic to add this album as our first vinyl release to our catalog, with many more to hopefully come in the future.

This vinyl re-issue includes additional artwork from Caspar Newbolt / Version Industries, and re-mastered audio by Gabe Liberti who has worked with artists including Anamanaguchi and Infinity Shred. Also included is a 11" 17" poster / insert.

Aquarius Ascending is not a chillout album.
It’s a compact, emotional and retro-electronic journey a collection of short, vivid tracks, each telling its own story.
Rather than fading into background music, each piece wants to speak, move, shift.
Built from vintage inspirations, warm synths, melancholic melodies and nostalgic FX, this album captures moments of clarity, confusion, and quiet power.

The album was born during a personal breakdown. In silence, I found sound again.

These tracks are my way of rising, dreaming, and remembering who I am.

The Journey Behind Aquarius Ascending
There was a time, not too long ago, when everything inside me collapsed.
A moment of emotional rupture… when love, meaning, direction all seemed to vanish.
From attachment, I forgot about myself,
and I found myself floating… detached.
But in that silence, I began to hear something deeper:
a fragile melody,
a pulse made of stars and echoes,
a voice in synths, atmospheres, and broken basslines telling me:
“Rise. You are still here.”
That’s how Aquarius Ascending was born.
Not as a concept. Not as a genre.
But as a healing map.
Each song is a step through pain, through reflection, through memory toward light.
This album holds no answers.
But it holds presence.
A sound for those who have felt lost… and kept walking.

On the originals, the nu-italo duo provide us with upbeat vibes, flowing with smooth and beautiful synths and solos, really taking us back to that golden 80s era with convertible corvettes and soaking up the sun.

On Remix duty, we have the space disco master himself, FM Attack, providing us with that vintage cosmic sound, and really proving that love can be anywhere.

Lazercat &amp; Shawn Mac mix things up providing a deep, melodic sound with a touch of italo-prog to give it that refreshing sunny vibe.

Last but not least, Sare Havlicek &amp; Le Pimp provide us with a retro and upbeat sound, highlighting the original elements and adding a 70s style touch to it to seal the deal.
