I wrote this song while reflecting on how hard it is to live and love in this decade. I imagined a highschool dance where an active shooter activity happens while I croon at a sweet heart. "Flow, flow, the future is looking bright, duck for now my friends the only safe place is in your mind for now, so flow, flow" asks for young people and modern lives to sit it out until young people get into power and can create the change they want to see in the world.

DD was in a vindictive mood when the sketch for the song was written and produced; she imagines it being a decent soundtrack to a burning buildings or serious girl-fight scene.
