Nigh/T\mare proves once again his varied musical repertory and his ability to blend it all in a flawless way. It's a hour-and-a-half of pure bliss for the listener's ears, which could best be described as "the lull before the storm". The mix starts gently, yet is marked by a constant threat, giving the listener the certainty that a violent storm will follow. No matter how destructive the storm is, we really can't wait to be caught up in it.

 Based on an industrial track that memorizes witchcraft in a traditional Korean way, the track 'Mask of Spirit' emanates a sad and emotional feeling. The track was recorded with an instrument called 'Daegeum'. which is a traditional Korean instrument.  Comarobot, Unhuman ,Common Poetry & Tunnel light up the track with their remixes. No Tears, No Sighs, Only Tomorrow Vanishes Scraps is a deeply evocative EP by Egyptian producer Khaled Weshahy, known as KHLD, where he crafts a narrative that intertwines personal emotions with the poignant visual poetry of the Japanese animated surrealist film Belladonna of Sadness (1973). Inspired by the film, this EP serves as both a sonic tribute to the movie’s protagonist, Jeanne, and a reflection on the broader themes of female suffering and resilience.

The EP opens with "In The Eyes Of Jeanne", a track that envelops the listener in a brooding atmosphere, with haunting sub-tones and ethereal soundscapes that evoke Jeanne’s tragic journey. Followed by "Moans Of Sadness," where visceral noises and distorted drums echo despair and anguish that permeate the narrative. The collaboration with JAY K on "When All Is Lost" adds a layer of raw and emotional intensity, blending ambient calmness with a drone-filled backdrop, capturing the profound sense of loss and hopelessness that mark the EP’s emotional core.

The EP’s second half is made of remixes that push the boundaries of KHLD’s musical exploration. "In The Eyes Of Jeanne (Hålbå Remix)" intensifies the original track’s eerie mood, with its heavy load of haunted textures and oppressive ambiences that mirror Jeanne’s psychological turmoil. "Moans Of Sadness (G.xist Remix)" deepens the bass, layering fragmented beats and deranged screaming which transform the track to a meditative lament that lingers with horrifying reverberations. The EP concludes with "When All Is Lost (Llimbs Remix)", a composition that expands the sound-design and emotional scope of the original, weaving in new sound elements that offer a glimmer of hope amidst desolation.

No Tears, No Sighs, Only Tomorrow Vanishes Scraps is a masterful blend of experimental electronic and dark ambient music which create an immersive and mind-altering sonic experience.

Mother began mixing industrial techno three years ago in the heart of Parisian LGBT nightlife, shaping her sound within the hard industrial Monasterio movement.
In recent months, she has drastically lowered her BPM to align with her first productions, soon to be released on @revokrecords: 4 tracks delivering an anguishing urge to dance, as if to exorcise the madness of a world falling apart. This set attempts to reconcile her new and earlier influences, merging the hard kicks of Eastern Europe with the organic percussions and trippy atmospheres of the original scene.
The name Mother came naturally: whispered in the clubs where she often played, until it simply became part of her. What was once a nickname became her identity.
Mother is also the founder and resident of the FLINTA collective @techno_fatale.

DRONE RECORDS is a label-project and mailorder-service for mainly atmospheric & experimental music, based in Bremen, Germany.

DRONE RECORDS as a (vinyl-only) LABEL started in 1993 with a very idealistic, uncommercial attitude & philosophy, influenced by the independent cassette-culture scene from the 80’s.

The 7"-label series was active from 1993 to 2010 with 100 released "drones" (7" EPs), presenting mainly newcomers from the international experimental "drone"-scene.

In the meantime, late 2005 a second series / sub-label has started, this time on 10"-vinyls, named SUBSTANTIA INNOMINATA. This series with a special concept embracing the "Unknown" could be seen as an interface between experimental music & cultural science, psychoanalysis and philosophy.
