Denise Rabe´s experience in the Berlin techno scene as a booker, radio host, promoter and dj since she relocated to German capital drawn by the possibility of a life in music, is reflected in the pragmatic, grounded artist she became and the unique, original voice she’s developed as a producer.

Her approach and work ethic can be seen expressed on every release she’s done under her label, Rabe, where her music is matched with an equal amount of care, thought and work, in the vessels that contain it, within a coherent aesthetic and vision that informs music, artwork and presentation equally.

This has allowed her to recruit the artist who´s work resonates with her sensibility and can be heard in the remixes Rrose, Shxcxchcxsh, Headless Horseman, among others, have done for her releases on her and other labels.

Imprints such as Mutewax, who released her first 12’’ in 2015, ARTS where she quickly became one of the label´s staples and Stroboscopic Artifacts where she published ‘’Manifesto’’ in 2019, are clear reference points that describe her career and its development. 

Rabe’s particular inclination to sparse industrial soundscapes, gothic aesthetics, driven grooves under hooks that hypnotize as much as they distinguish, have propelled her 10 year career across stages all over the US, Asia and Europe, as well as the clubs that represent the apex of techno world wide such as Berghain and Tresor.

This four-handed set by Atisbo vs. RVMDNTL distilled the densest, most mental strain of contemporary electronic music: heavy low-end, abrasive textures, and a tension that refused to break.

Veta Festival in an independent festival held in a former mining site surrounded by nature in Barruelo de Santullán, Spain. A sonic experience curated with care: live acts, DJ sets, and deep electronic explorations recorded underground.

A DJ Set that condensed more than two decades of techno into its purest form.
Exium brought to Barruelo a live set of surgical precision and tectonic force, with most of the material being their own productions, reimagined and executed with relentless energy.

Each layer of sound merged with the industrial architecture of the venue as if the space itself were breathing with them.
Darkness, structure, and tension in perfect balance — a lesson in living techno history, reinterpreted by two artists who continue to push the genre forward.

Based in Berlin, Kaan Pirecioglu centers his music on purism and functionality,  crafting techno tracks with a hypnotic and timeless character.  
Kaan’s journey into music production began with his first digital EPs on labels like Platform 22 and Methodical, later evolving with vinyl releases on Schimmer Records and Influenced Records, the latter featuring a remix by Jeroen Search.  
With recent EPs on K S R, Float Records and Primordial State, as well as track support from artists like DVS1, Claudio PRC, Efdemin, and many more, Kaan is emerging as a notable figure in today’s techno scene.

His style is quite peculiar and characteristic, moving between mostly abstract and very gloomy sounds, repetitive and tireless loops; atonal sequences where the presence of bass is noticeable from beginning to end.  Obsessive and direct sequences to the central nervous system, hypnotism and depression joined hand in hand, falling in sharp frequencies and a constantly evolving structure make the perfect recipe for the dance floor where it is easy to end up out of control in a thrilling trip with no return ticket, not suitable for all audiences.  

Drop-E brings us subbass heavy synthesized mess, obsesive compulsive sequences, sharpened hi-frequencies and a constantly evolving structure make the recipe. The tracks feels almost out of control, but this is a ride so thrilling you will never want to get off!''
