Dachshund is the artist name of Olivier Doret, a DJ and producer based in Geneva, Switzerland who is also the Co-founder of the Clapper label. 

With releases dating back to 2006, Dachshund is an established entity in the scene, and has built a strong and loyal following among those in the know. 

With this Cozy Mess EP on Poker Flat Recordings, he dials in directly to his signature sound - beautifully produced tech-leaning house with tonnes of atmosphere and vibe.  

Cozy Mess, the title track develops around an ethereal arpeggiated melody that undulates and evolves, while restrained synth stabs punctuate the groove. 

Lust offers up a similarly enthralling journey, a mini epic that integrates minor keys and pads. 

Hidden Echos is the last track on the EP, with a tougher beat that sets the tone for some dubby and effected sounds to float on top, creating a rich atmosphere carried forward by sharply programmed drums.

Steve Bug has been back in the bunker, tweaking the dials and flirting with the faders on two new cuts for Rejected.

Having previously brought us Together with his Flying Keys and Raving Butterflies, the Poker flat mastermind serves up a double dose of House magic, with both cuts exhibiting the signature warmth and analogue depth that define Bug's productions.

Lead track, 'Tweak It (Like This)', pulsates with a solid groove that is driven by its fidgety acid line and lively piano punctuation. Whereas 'The Red Panda,' on the flip, charts amore uplifting course, propelled by emotive basslines and shimmering keys. Both tracks, whilst distinctly different, exhibit Steve's infectious rhythms and timeless grooves. Making them essentials for the dancefloor.

Duro Label proudly announces the release of "Baba Music Vol. II," the latest EP from Rina. The EP features exciting collaborations with JulyJuli and The Flying Spoon, as well as a joint effort with HNRQ. Adding to the musical tapestry are remixes by Shubostar and Made In TLV.

"Baba Music Vol. II" kicks off with "Daily Grind" featuring JulyJuli, a hypnotic and playful track. This solid cut captivates listeners with its potent rhythms and entrancing elements. Complementing the original is the "De Sum (Shubostar Remix)," which offers a fresh perspective on this already captivating track. Shubostar's remix adds new layers and textures to the original, further enhancing its dreamy qualities while maintaining the essence of the collaboration between Rina and The Flying Spoon.

The EP reaches its pinnacle with "All My Friends Are TV Hosts," a stellar collaboration between Rina and HNRQ, resident DJ of Lux Frágil. The track envelops listeners in a cloud-like atmosphere, with melodies that evoke the sensation of floating through the stratosphere. The track's ethereal quality is punctuated by acidic sounds that weave in and out of the composition, creating an intriguing contrast to the dreamy core.

Tower blocks tagged in neon, street-lamps buzzing, gutters slick with oil… that’s the turf of the “yaourt-cats,” rooftop strays who meow a single warped word before melting back into shadow. Over grimy house-techno grooves their paws hammer the pulse, claws sampling the concrete: heavy kicks, filthy subs, synths as sour as a dented tin can. Four tracks built for after-midnight wandering—hood up, head down—guided by phosphorescent eyes toward the rave hiding deep in the alleyways.
