Another Beatles cover. Lead organ from the Farfisa Compact, Korg Poly 800 "guitar feedback", and a "trumpet" solo from my Casio SK-5. Drums provided by my "new" Korg Rhythm 55B. Even features vocals by yours truly, fed through my Leslie speaker simulator. Trippy!

It's All Too Much

My first attempt at writing a song with lyrics. Not entirely happy with the results; hoping to come up with something better at some point. Lots of Farfisa, and faux Leslie speaker goodness.

Nonsenselessness (demo)

Based on an odd effect I discovered while using the Optigan. Punctuated with lots of ARP Solus noises. Just plain weird!

Hail Seizure (Echoptigan)

Inspired by early '80s pop. Lots of Korg Poly 800, with a fat ARP Solus backing. Put on your Members Only jacket, grab your Walkman, and boogie!

The '80s Called

A companion piece to "Hail Seizure (Echoptigan)". Uses the same basic backing, but in a much more ambient form. Probably not a great idea to listen to it when you're trying to stay awake...

Nice jaunty little number. Pure, unadulterated Casio MT-68!

MTpromises

A drone track using four different battery-powered synths I have: Moog Werkstatt, Sparkpunk, Gakken SX-150, and Korg Monotron. A bit rough around the edges, though I think it worked well.

Minidrone

A theme to a thus-far-non-existent horror movie. Made using the wonderfully versatile Yamaha PSS-470 "Portasound" keyboard, and a modified version of its "Cosmic" preset (hence the name).

A cover of The Grateful Dead "Truckin'", as covered using the versatile Mattel Optigan. A little bit country, a little bit rock 'n' roll, a whole lotta cheese!

E-Z Listening Dead

After a long hiatus, the Doctor is in! As the title suggests, this is an extended version of my earlier "Poly-Funk" track, featuring a new middle section which has been in the works for some time now, but had been hampered by equipment issues. I've also added a weird reverb effect which mostly shows up on the drums. Keep on funkin'!

Poly-Funk (extended version)

Another product of my wonderfully-malfunctioning Optigan, with its ever-wandering motor speed. Held down a few keys, and got perfect air raid siren-like sounds, over which I improvised some Korg Poly 800 piano notes. The title popped into my head one morning. I'm not sure what it means, but it fits the track.

Wedding in a War Zone

An alternate version of Farfisa-Nova, set to a much faster tempo. The title is a play on the (untrue) urban legend about the Chevrolet Nova being unpopular in Latin-American countries due to the name being interpreted as "no va", or "doesn't go." Well, this song certainly *does* go!

Farfisa-No-Va

Greetings! I play lo-fi electronic music using vintage/unconventional keyboard instruments, electronic noisemakers, and whatever else I can put to good use. Experimental, cheesy, improvisational, just plain odd. Weird beats for weird times!
