There is no question that Street Ritual loves gritty low-end electronica, and as music styles continue to spring up and collide with one another in this ripe age of bass, we find ourselves moving deeper and deeper into the worlds of experimental and left-field music with each release. 

Our May 2021 EP, ‘Exofunk’ by Missouri producer Atreus, is a 4-track collection that embraces this style-bending approach to music production in all of its heavy-hitting glory. Combining dark and cinematic dubstep with omnitempo beats and hints of trap, neuro, and breakbeat electronica, Atreus draws upon everything we love about hybridized bass music while consistently coming back on that kinetic, low-end sound that epitomizes our label identity.

Today it’s finally here – after a long time my track Freedom Into Rhythms is finished.
A playful reflection on these crazy times, where no one really knows what comes next. That’s why we put our thoughts into sound – creating music as a mirror of the days we live in.

We don’t chase pop or trends – we’re here when people need tones that move them. We catch ideas, turn them into rhythm, groove and drive. Music as a piece of our time’s story – making us just as happy as those who listen.

Master Track Freedom in the Rythmen

You look back into the space a memory used to occupy, expecting nothing... but you find a universe instead.

This track is the sound of that discovery. It begins with a sparse, searching melody carried by a lone violin, exploring what feels like a silent void. But a galloping rhythm begins to pound like a reawakened heart, building into a vast, emotional hardstyle drop that floods the emptiness with light, colour, and feeling.

This is for the moment you realize that love doesn't vanish - it just turns into a constellation inside of you. It was never empty.

Rohaan: Damn ok so its the year 2048 and the scene is now all in a pill. To even listen or make music you take a certain pill and it drops you into the industry which is now a mental state and nothing physical.
