Normalerweise vor allem vom Bassline Dickbrettbohren bekannt, cruised jane ulé in ihrem Slowrider mit getönten Scheiben über die Großstadtautobahn. Musikalisch sozialisiert wurde sie unter Selbsthypnose in Leipzig, wo sie gemeinsam mit der Slowereastside-Bande und friz die Straßen, Clubs und Wohnzimmer unsicher gemacht hat. Von dort aus ging es mit dem großen Rucksack voller Tracks auf die Festivals und Clubs der Welt. Inzwischen ist sie in Berlin angekommen und auch hier warten tausend Projekte, viele Menschen und noch mehr Ideen. Manche leise, viele laut. 
Wir freuen uns auf jedes Einzelne.

Die Straßen entlang, gehe ich, schlendernd. Und müde, fühl ich mich. Müde von der Nacht, schwach von festen Umarmungen, nachdenklich von so viel Gesprächen. Über junge Leben die älter werden, alte Gedanken in neuen Gewändern, Pläne und Träume davon wie es laufen könnte. Ich laufe. Gerade so. Ein Fuß vor den anderen, den Rhythmus suchend. Find so oft die Wörter nicht, die das hier alles erklären. Ist das Glas jetzt halbvoll, halb leer. Alles verschwimmt, weil ich eh immer nachschenke. Diese Stadt, die gerade noch so laut war. Es ist leise jetzt. Über mir steht ein Fenster offen. Und Musik. Schließe die Augen und höre zu. 
Höre eine Stimme. Sie singt. Zigarettenrauch und Melodien, an einem beliebigen Sonntagmorgen im Januar. Gehe langsam weiter. Es wird schon weitergehen, denke ich mir. Die Hoffnung und Erwartung an das neue Jahr überwiegt für einen kurzen Moment die Erschöpfung. Will dünnhäutiger werden, mehr spüren. Auch wenns manchmal kalt wird. Hab ja Jacken. Gedankensprünge überkommen mich, ich laufe und schaue und höre und spüre, die Luft ist kalt und riecht nach Vorsätzen. Let's see, denke ich, und schließe die Augen.

Hey lovers, I just got back from Mexico last week and had to take some time off, to arrive back in Germany and recap all the crazy, sweet moments. I had a great trip, met lots of lovely people and explored different places. Thanks to everyone who travelled with us, opened their houses for us and shared lovely moments with us! We are defiantly in love with the country and the people. 

I tried to make it more a holiday trip, than rather a “tour” so I am happy to have played at least three gigs, that came across our route. It always went something wrong with the recorder, except this afternoon, so here is this little sundowner-session I played spontaneously at Bestiario Cholula, where I played the night before (recorder plugged out that night for the fog machine, seems ok for me :D). 

Muchas gracias to this lovely place, where you can watch the sunset, a volcano and the pyramids of Cholula. Because of them I named this set “a sacrifice to Cholula” – Cholula, we are giving our hearts to you! <3
