A Second Chance is a book by A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada that describes how meditation and yoga can help people face death. The book is about a near-death experience and how mysterious forces determine a person's destiny. It is also written at a time when more people are reporting near-death and out-of-body experiences, and the public is more accepting of reincarnation. 
Prabhupada was the founder of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) in 1966. He taught that Lord Krishna is the Supreme Personality of Godhead and that all other jivas are His parts. He also provided detailed instructions on how to worship deities, chant mantras, cook for Krsna and live a peaceful life by performing devotional service to lord.
