Thrilled and honored to mark my return after almost a year with this piece, my take on "Kannodu Kanbathellam", a classic A.R. Rahman song, and one of his most popular carnatic works. This mix has been in the works on and off for almost 2 years, and incorporates plenty of original arrangements along with a fusion with the song "Wicked Games" by Parra for Cuva ft. Anna Naklab. Only people who know me personally will know with what deep reflection I conceptualized this mix. I hope you enjoy the sound.

The Origins Championship is a national collegiate Indian classical dance competition that showcases university teams from across the United States. Hosted by @siddkel and @drsrimix, I am honored to be involved in the first ever music album promoting the event. I hope that the Origins championship and this yearly album will enable Indian Americans to showcase their unique voice and heritage for decades to come. :)

This is not our final story, but only the final story of this album. This final mix is my story. It is about an Indian boy that grew up in Canada, moved to America, and got emersed in the different cultures around him. I am forever grateful to be around so much diversity and learn from people who have various out of this world talents. As we close this book, lets start a new chapter of life together as one. Here's to a better world and THE END :)
