I'm super excited for this song to release. My good friend Sidd Kel sent over this instrumental to me 2 years ago. Then, the pandemic hit and being a front line worker myself, I wanted to write a song about my experience. My collaborator Old Joants jumped in on it too! As time passed, we changed the lyrics to represent our current world. This is a tribute to every healthcare worker who has been toiling for over a year to take care of patients, who have been made into heroes when we never asked for it. And this is for all of you, everyone, who's been making it through each day so that we can all come out on the other side, healthier.

This time, I've worked with my talented friends, Atul Menon and Ross Anderson from Raga + Strings (We did this cover previously, for reference - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2SyoN6CvKmo) to create this unplugged cover of Gerua, a neat ballad with some lilting minor and major chords, from the movie Dilwale.
