Drue Williams Jr, known as “The Voice Of the Bass” is a soulful solo bassist who really plays solo bass as of the sound of a sweet mellow voice.  His approach to playing solo melodies continues to capture the heart of listeners.


Drue’s bass playing has allowed him to perform on many local and professional stages, which includes the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in his home town Cleveland Ohio, BB King’s House of Blues in New York City as well as performances in Anaheim California and Nashville Tennessee and on many other stages. Drue also performed and toured with Grammy award winner Roy Wooten (FutureMan) of Bela Fleck and the Flecktones. Has recorded and produced a CD which included the great bassist, Victor Wooten and sax player and also Grammy Award winner Jeff Coffin.
