Take a trip through the music of Africa. Reworks of some of my favorite African musicians including Franco, Mamady Keita, Mamadou Diabate, Thomas Mapfumo, Ladysmith Black Mambazo. Final track taken from KAVAs Transmissions album: https://soundcloud.com/kavamusic/sets/transmissions
 
Tunes were playing through my phone into Korg Kassilator Pro, Kaos Pad KP3 and boss RC-505 then reworked in Pro Tools. Other instruments include Micro Korg,  Nord D3, live percussion. Instruments and remixes completed in Chicago, IL. Final mix and master completed on a ferry from Belfast to Scotland.
