Atmospherics is Soul Intent’s fourth studio long player and sees him explore interstellar soundscapes via his Exkursions imprint. Anyone familiar with Alex’s work will have likely picked up that he has a soft-spot for science fiction and Atmospherics draws on influences from classic movies through to seminal ambient electronica LPs such as Biosphere’s “Patashink”, Global Communications “76:14” and Aphex Twin's “Selected Ambient Works”.

A plethora of Drum and bass from across its broad spectrum is waiting in the wings, starting with this tasty little number right here.

Co-label owner Sicknote returns with his second EP on TIA and takes the style of his label debut release 180 degrees coming full force with that classic ravey jump up sound we all know and love in his 4 track, beast of an EP. Sleeping Pills

“Straight Facts”

Let's get a little darker and deeper on this one as the second track rolls in with dark style Snares and samples that would not sound out of place in A Ray Keith set.

Our sample drops us into a grumbling bass set to destroy all within its path. A few Amens to boot and we are well away.

A huge favourite at the moment on this EP to the lucky few who have been dropping this.
