wya (demo) was written on my bathroom floor and recorded on my iphone. no autotune, no beat, no nothing. this song is about my willingness to be there for my ex despite knowing he would never do the same for me. at that point in my life, i was so unhappy with myself i was willing to let go of the past just to be a shoulder for him to cry on. sometimes the people who hurt you most need you more than you need them.. but i think i needed him more.

good time is a freestyle i wrote while i was in a really dark place last year. i had just gotten back from a music festival, was coming down off drugs and was so numb to everything around me. i actually wrote an entire song to this guitar loop but when i got in the booth, it just didn’t feel right. so i scrapped it, turned off the lights and said whatever the fuck came out of my mouth in total darkness and transparency.. and then good time was created.
