Based on an old story I made when I was younger with TotOfficial, Rumphus Funk follows a 9,000+ year old penguin archangel from Phillip Island named Rumphus, who can devour anything that doesn’t appease him, who seeks to sacrifice Seattle to the Penguin God (The Pod) to prove how tough he is.
