BZD AVENUE presents "let me out of the body bag", a song I wrote  when I was thinking about the fact that if sobriety led me to feel deeply uncomfortable, why would I need to stay sober, beyond the possible health problems outcomes. It's a philosophical song, yet a pure expression of rage and a will to survive and find any means to keep on going with a constant battle within. Somehow, I think some people will recognize themselves for I am not a unique case, even though we all have our own subjective experience. Now, when I talk about "sobriety" and numbness, it doesn't necessarily imply drugs, but every solution to feel a little less overwhelmed by all kinds of emotions. It can be reached by meditation, fitness, discipline, etc...
