Nicole Moudaber welcomes a kindred spirit to the MOOD family: Fabio Florido. Connected technically through their roles as ambassadors in Hawtin’s Playdifferently movement for innovative technology. Now Fabio and the MOOD founder connect once again with a stunning three-track debut label release. Adding more fuel to his on-point fire on Matador's Rukus earlier this summer, Fabio rolls out another profound, entrancing and vast excursion.

'Pulsar' sees Florido fluctuating, folding and unfolding in his deepest mind state as two sinewy acid tendrils entwine and unravel through a deep undulating bass groove with compelling effect. 'Connection' subverts this entirely in classic Fabio style; upping the tempo, texture and terse sense of momentum, the acid bedrock buzzes like a hornets nest as more percussive layers and sweeping alien FX soar and scorch across the spectrum building with a breath-taking state of contemporary techno oblivion. Finally Fabio brings us back down to reality with 'Underneath'. A warm, measured groove brushed with grainy chords, a palpitating bass/kick fusion, tense percussive elements and a slinky naked acid line flexing and arching throughout the centre of the composition; it's a perfect counter that brings both his icy minimalism and evergreen sense of momentum together in way all his best EPs manage to do. Italian techno imprint Unrilis returns with a brand new single from the heavyweight pairing of Markantonio and Roberto Capuano, featuring two sterling remixes from Luigi Madonna..Rino Cerrones Rilis and Unrilis labels have been a staple of the techno landscape for over a decade now, releasing searing, floorfilling music from Cerrone and some of the scenes leading lights. Now Unrilis looks again to techno heavyweight Markantonio for its latest single, a single that sees the Neapolitan DJ/producer team up with young production talent Roberto Capuano who has already had such success on labels such as Analytic Trail & Driving Forces.This new EP opens with Pearl a superbly hypnotic, pulsing techno workout that fuses rumbling bass tones with skittering percussion to create the base for the intense synth stabs that rise from the mix, quality stuff. Pearl is followed by the second of the two original tracks Gem, which is a fitting title for this outstanding piece of techno: deep and aggressive, the track layers white noise over an industrial soundtrack to come up with a no holds barred record that ticks all the right boxes.The EP is completed with two remixes of Pearl from fellow Italian producer Luigi Madonna, a man who has been making a solid name for himself with releases on Marco Baileys MB Elektronics, Hawtins Plus 8 and Adam Beyer Drumcode to name but a few. First up we get the Club mix that sees Luigi in full flight, dropping a version of Pearl that is haunting and mesmerizing in equal measure, this is followed by the Dub mix where things go deeper into the abyss, with a mix that strips things back and takes the listener beyond the realms of light.Unrilis have another sterling release on their hands, delivered by some of italys best techno producers, enjoy!

Agile Recordings welcomes a collaboration between two of the imprints favourite acts Loco & Jam and Gaston Zani. Teaming up for the first time, the guys have combined their individual styles into a peak time hybrid of fist pumping techno. Officially making their debut collaboration with this three track EP, both Loco & Jam and Gaston Zani are both successful solo acts, and their originals are joined by a fantastic remix by Uto Karem who is an iconic artist from the Italian club scene with releases on other labels ranging from Plus 8 to SCI+TEC. Loco & Jam last featured on Agile Recordings when they contributed to the labels landmark 100th release, but the Northern Irish duo have also featured on other high-profile imprints such as Tronic, Terminal M, Suara and Octopus. Gaston Zani has featured many solo EP’s on Agile Recordings adding the label to his impressive back catalogue that also includes the likes of Intec, AnalyticTrail, Set About and Phobiq. “Enter The World” opens the release with a stomping groove and seductive chord stabs, before “Absolute Chaos” tears the roof off with it’s thundering kick drum and ominous atmosphere. Closing the release is Uto Karem’s rework of “Enter The World” which transforms the track with powerful euphoria and added intensity.

We welcome back Bosnia's Sinisa Tamamovic for a three-track release on Tronic. 'Lost Memories' is a hypnotic, dark and driving track that always delivers the goods. 'Press and Hold' is more groovy, with an acid foundation, whereas 'Visitors' is more of Sinisa's trademark groove!

There are times when some tracks never fit to a present time and genre, and this is one of them. The first track on this EP 'Lorn Stronger' was created by Sinisa almost 14 years ago at the hype of techno, and until then he was hiding it and keeping it like his secret weapon occasionally dropping it in sets here and there. He never felt it was the right time for this track to be released. Until now! We are more than excited to finally reveal this precious masterpiece after waiting all these years.

The second track on the EP called 'Against Time' is Sinisa's classic timeless tech-house groovy sound embodying hypnotic effects, twisted vocals and his trademark bass-line that will guarantee to blow the dance floor away!

The third track 'Anxiety' is Sinisa's newest techno production with an energetic vibe and mad random analog modulations which merge into a perfect solid groove.

DRUNKEN KONG is the project of D. Singh and DJ Kyoko. In 2010, the two started their project when one day, they
suddenly decided to make a track together. Since then they have released two albums on Christian Smith's label Tronic, The Signs Within (2017) and Where We Start (2020) as well as numerous EPs and singles on labels such as Octopus Recordings, Stil Vor Talent and
Terminal M while they remain active with domestic labels such as Session WOMB. All 7 tracks of their EPs in early 2017 on Tronic and Terminal M have entered Beatport Top 100 Techno chart at the same time, which has made an impact on the Asian and global techno scene. 

Since then, their music has been constantly entering top charts. Their music is gaining a lot of attention/support from
international top artists and DJs such as Carl Cox, Adam Beyer, Christian Smith, Monika Kruse, Pan-Pot, Umek, Hernan Cattaneo and Deadmau5, just to name a few. Their release “Repeat” from Octopus Recordings have entered Beatport Techno Top 10, being supported and played by many artists around the globe.

DRUNKEN KONG has always been active in the Tokyo techno scene, playing regularly at major festivals such as Ultra Japan and in clubs such as WOMB, Ageha, Unit, Vent, Contact and Vision Tokyo. The two are constantly attracting new fans with their unique sound and groove. With their powerful DJ style and charisma, the two are able to constantly amuse the audience while expanding their ideas and skills to the next level.
