This is my take on Rachmaninoff's "Prelude in C Sharp Minor". You could call this a remix I guess.. I basically took elements from the original and tried to translate it.

Because of the size of the project.. orchestra, synths, choir, countless instances of Serum.. this took me a very long time to mix. The project file even started stalling, so I used 3 instances of it to make the final edit. I did a video for my youtube channel on it if you're curious.

I wrote this with my great friend and former bandmate, Dylan Streshly. Some of the best times of my life so far were with Counterpoint Culture-that former band. The song features me on guitar and him on bass, just like the good ole days. A lot of the guitar stuff, the delay and harmony, is heavily influenced by my hero Buckethead. We brought some wise words from Les Brown in, and blended it into a futurebass/rock fusion. I hope you like it. Grab a free download, show your friends, and help us keep independent music alive.
