One of the Bay Area's premier lyricists, East Oakland emcee Young Gully returns to the spotlight with Bermuda, a 3-disc project (titled God, Devil & Human) which will take the listener on a journey through 3 different phases and times of Gully's life. The first disc, Part 1: God drops September 29th and as Gully tells it, "represents faith, motivation, owning up to past mistakes, honesty, hope, perserverance and love". Each disc also holds 11 tracks each, totaling to 33, representing both the 33 degrees of masonry and the alleged age Jesus died. "Humans have both good and evil inside of them," says Gully, "which means we're all connected to God and the Devil in one way or another, for better or worse."
