I mixed this in Pro Tools 9 on my laptop using a combination of waves and digidesign plugins. For the drums and bass I used a SSL E channel strip and parallel compressed the signal with the SSL bus compressor to glue them together. I added slight reverb to the drums to give them some space as well as sent the snare to an additional reverb to give it some more space. I also cleaned up the drums with a gate in order to get rid of the bleed that was coming in from other instruments. With the Bass Di and amp I boosted the low end on the DI for the fullness and boosted around 1.5k to get some of the plucking of the strings.  The Bass amp was slightly eq'd the same with more boost in the low end and I blended the two and let the DI carry the track. With the guitar I added some light compression and dipped it slightly around 3-5k to make room for the vocal. I also rolled of the low end to clear up the track a bit. I sent that signal to a supertap delay panned 45 degrees left and right to widen the stereo field and added a very small amount of reverb. The vocals I compressed to tame some of the dynamics bring the vocal out front with wave Rvox followed with a waves C1 compressor to catch some of the higher peaks. I eq'd the vox with a waves Q6 rolling off the low frequencies to clear her voice up and boosted around 8-10k to open her voice up and give it some air as well as boosted 3-5k for some presence. I then added an Aphx exciter to liven her up a bit. I then added some reverb and delay to her voice to create some space with Rverb and digidesign delay.
