Snatcher takes on an expanded Napstablook role. With him unable to properly do anything to the plentiful Mafia freeloaders in Subcon (and being bitter to no end because of that fact,) when Snatcher finds Bow in his forest, he tries to make HER sign a contract (and thus steal her soul) instead... only to once again be thwarted almost immediately by Cooking Cat and Goofy Mafia.
When Bow next meets Snatcher later on, this time on her own, the purple ghost's new goal is to “make your lifeless body sign a contract for you," being his usual bastard self all the while.
