D-Trane Da Dawn, Born as Barry Norvell Coburn Jr., was born in El Paso, Tx on July 5th 1991, to Barry Norvell Coburn Sr. and Veronica Hall-Bruce-Coburn. Being raised in the church as a young child, and his father and mother singing around the house everyday, D-Trane got close to music very easily and started in the church singing in the youth choir. Eventually he got interested in the piano and drums and self taught himself to play them. At around 9 years of age, D-Trane started playing drums for the youth choir at his church as well as singing and leading songs for them. In middle school, already into music for sometime now, D-Trane joined the band playing the percussion section and learning how to read music and play different parts of that certain section. Also getting into football and being a star player, D-Trane sometimes had to choose between the two and choose football, but never stopped with his music carrer slowly starting to write and record his own music. At the end of his 8th grade and final year of middle school, D-Trane moved to Killeen, Tx with his oldest sister and her family after they returned from Germany.The reason for moving to Killeen, Tx was because his mother was getting sick and going through a lot at the time so to make it easier for her, Jessica the oldest, and her husband Sgt. Kristian Brading decided to take D-Trane and his youngest sister Bianca with them. D-Trane started his recording and music just a little in El Paso, but when he moved to Killen he his determination escalated because of the scene he was surrounded in. Making a BIG name for himself in Killeen, Tx with his many talents of Singing, Rapping, and writing songs people could relate to, D-Trane left and went back to El Paso to help take care of his mother who was sick. After returning to El Paso and moving around with his mother, while father was still working as a Train Engineer, D-Trane reunited with his cousins he grew up with and heard they had started perusing music as well and had started a record label, He immediately wanted to join. Mo FO Da Ca$h Entertainment was now a major part of D-Trane Da Dawns life. Riding his bike to school everyday, D-Trane would stop by the studio everyday before, during lunch and after school to get something done in the booth. After gaining the respect of his older cousin Black and only and oldest brother  Jae Breezzy in the music game and with his determination and grind, D-Trane started working with his cousin Reggie “YaBoi Black” CEO of Shocheese Ent., And started a Group called “DBC” or D-Trane Bishop and Cali. Making a couple songs but realizing they weren’t as determined as he was D-Trane separated from DBC and went to focus on his first label Mo Fo Da Cash Ent. During his Junior year in high school, D-Trane’s mother passed. That was a major obstacle in the life of him and his family. D-Trane dedicated his life to music to the full extent after that. After graduating from Parkland High School with a 3.6 G.P.A D-Trane took a break from school and became Co-CEO and spokesperson for his record label and got many shows and made many woves with them along side King Dobby CEO of Mo Fo Da Cash Ent. , as well as D-Trane’s cousin. Since then, D-Trane has worked with many artist locally and a couple famous artist such as Flesh n Bone of Bonethugs, Eternal o Wu-Tang and a couple others. Lv Da SlapPhoen, D-tranes cousin from Tucson, Az moved to El Paso, Tx and brought his studio and connections to Da Dawms attention. In a week not hesitating, both Da SlapPhoen and Da Dawn together made a mixtape and had shows all over the city exposing it and gaining exposure. Jae breezy, D-Tranes oldest brother, had been doing music the whole time but never worked with his brother. D-Trane found out his brother made beats and asked him to let him convince him he was serious about music and the grind. After D-Trane got on the track, his brother Jae Breezzy couldn’t help but to jump on it and remain working with his little brother. Since then Get Money Team has made it to who they are today because of the determination of all in the team and meeting the men behind the Get Money Team Will “Flux” White a retired Disabled vet of the U.S Army and Author of 5 books, Austin King a Active Army solider that has been to war many times, and also his brother Cody Barnett another Active Duty Army Soldier.  The team is grateful to have such an inspiring and determined Management team behind them to make sure things are done well and correctly. Also Get Money Team has a GREAT and INCREDIBLE  mentor and music mogul behind them and their movement by the name of Gregory Cross, A great manager and one reason the famous group NWA are who they are today.
