Away is the second single from dual manner due to release on the 23rd of. When writing away we were trying to convey the feeling of wanting to get out of the rut you are in and find some happiness either with other people or within yourself. The original version of away was a lot more understated being very stripped back and the vocal performance being a lot more subdued but over the writing performances, it has taken on a lot more life but still keeping that charm from the original edit.

‘Need You Now’ is the third single from Dual Manner. ‘Need You Now’ is about being in a one
sided relationship where the other person is distant and does not want to be with you and the
thought process of you realising and not understanding what went wrong. In the last verse and
chorus it then tells the story of being out of the relationship and just coming to terms with what
happened and that maybe your not at fault you have to move on.

In a nutshell, it's about unappreciated love and the feeling of insecurity you feel when going
through it.

Need You Now

“Fall For You’ is our 4th single and with this song our goal was to make a groovy love song that gets you on the dance floor. We took inspiration from artists like Jungle, Jamiroquai, Satin Jackets, Marcus Marr and Crazy P but adding our own flare.

Fall For You

Seeker is our 5th single after a 5-month break in new releases.

In a nutshell, Seeker is about self-sabotage and the pressure/limitations you put on yourself disguised in a large heavy downtempo bass-driven sound. It looks at this from a negative viewpoint but also looks at from a positive angle and how you can overcome it or use it to your advantage. with this song, we have been working with long time friend and collaborator Jacob Edmond to release the song in conjunction with a music video. Dual Manners 6th Single “Open Eyes” is a house song taking inspiration from 70s disco and artists like jamiroquai, Crazy P and Daft Punk. We wrote open eyes from the perspective of a person who has unrealistic or utopian expectations of what love is going to be like from a first encounter with someone, with the main theme being self confidence but approached from the perspective of deep naivete and blissful ignorance.
