We have to make sure that our emotions don't control us and that we are in control of our emotions. Imagining that our life is like a train moving foward, we want to make sure that our emotions are like the last car on the train following us as we go but not leading us like the first car of the train. Our emotions will always be with us. Take care of yourself. Love yourself. Never give up. Always hope for the best.
