No introduction needed for the next artist joining the Transparent Audio Family, Ukrainian producer - Dub Head.

Known for his signature Bristol-style rollers, Dub Head masterfully blends funky grooves with melodic progressions to create a sound all his own. Originally from Kyiv, and now based in Bristol, he’s been relentlessly refining his craft, building a unique sonic landscape where deep, dramatic elements seamlessly mix with powerful, experimental motifs.

Featuring on 'Waves' is the beautiful voice of Kathryn Brenna. Kathryn is a multi-genre, self-taught musician, producer and songwriter who experiments with various acoustic tones and instruments, working with a number of renowned artists and labels in the underground scene.

No introduction needed for the next artist joining the Transparent Audio Family, Ukrainian producer – Dub Head.

We’re incredibly excited to showcase this release from an artist who’s become a staple within the scene. Known for his signature Bristol-style rollers, Dub Head masterfully blends funky grooves with melodic progressions to create a sound all his own. Originally from the vibrant city of Kyiv, Ukraine, and now based in Bristol, Dub Head’s musical journey began in 2013. Since then, he’s been relentlessly refining his craft, building a unique sonic landscape where deep, dramatic elements seamlessly mix with powerful, experimental motifs.

Having released music on some of the scene’s most respected labels, including Sofa Sound, perhaps best known for his track ‘Jellyfish.’ He also reached a major milestone in his career with the release of his debut album Bring You Back Online on Dispatch Recordings.

We’re equally excited to feature the beautiful voice of Kathryn Brenna on the title track, ‘Waves.’ Kathryn is a close friend of the label, and it’s been a long time coming for our paths to cross musically. Kathryn is a multi-genre, self-taught musician, producer and songwriter who experiments with various acoustic tones and instruments, working with a number of renowned artists and labels in the underground scene.

With such a strong start and an impressive foundation, the future is wide open for Dub Head. We’re fortunate to be part of his journey and can’t wait to continue working with this incredibly talented artist.

Hailing from the vibrant city of Kiev, Ukraine, Vitalii, known as Dub Head, is a founder of Cybernetic crew, devoted to creating a unique and captivating sound in the world of drum and bass.
 
Dub Head’s breakthrough came with the release of the "Entropy EP" under Syndrome Audio label. Entropy showcased Dub Head’s meticulous production in sound design, through fusion of strong funk grooves and lush pads.
 
Dub Head continued his journey through multiple releases under Dispatch Recordings, including highly acclaimed "Bad Signal EP", "Template EP" and "Dispatch Dubplate 10."; all securing spots in Beatport top 10 for DnB releases.
 
Following his success with Dispatch, Dub Head collaborated with Sofa Sound, releasing "Meltdown / Space Worm" and "Jelly Fish / Bass Face,".
 
Dub Head’s debut album “Bring You Back Online" was released on Dispatch Recordings featuring collaborations with M.Justa, Black Barrel, Eastcolors, Scepticz, and Gusto.
 
For many years, he has relentlessly perfected his skills, passionately crafting a sonic landscape where deep, dramatic elements harmoniously blend with powerful scientific motifs. Dub Head recently moved to the UK and he continues his journey pushing boundaries and exploring new sonic territories without losing his signature use of funk that sets him apart and captivates listeners.
