Dubagroova is the new Reggae /  Dub / Roots project by Nicholas Van Orton & Luciano Lima .

Provenientes de la escena electrónica de Buenos Aires, y unidos por una gran amistad y amor a la música, Nicholas Van Orton y Luciano Lima decidieron unir sus fuerzas para crear Dubagroova, el duo electrónico que combina raíces dub y reggae con géneros musicales de ayer y hoy.
Una base electrónica con sintetizadores oscuros y grooveros, y la adición de instrumentos de percusión, viento y cuerdas, logran formar una fusión original y ecléctica donde estos artistas se sienten a gusto. 
En sus shows combinan secuencias programadas con una buena cuota de improvisación, y gracias a la tecnología de hoy, las interpretaciones en vivo generan siempre resultados diferentes. 
Junto con la creación del dúo, nace Ape.Choons, sello discográfico independiente de reggae y dub, que sirve como plataforma de lanzamiento al mercado digital de artistas nacionales e internacionales, y que desde 2012 logró posicionarse varias veces en el top 100 de éste género en disquerías on-line como la prestigiosa www.beatport.com
