this song is about masking

kaitlyn and i have been friends since high school and i always wanted to do a song with her because i liked hearing her sing to songs in the car so this collab was a long time coming

one thing kaitlyn and i have in common is that we were both neurodivergent kids growing up and had a hard time socializing because of it and we wanted to make a song inspired by those experiences. 

i wanted to make an instrumental around the idea of making "ticking" plucks.
