This top skanking release from the Dub Conductor music label features two fantastic and legendary vocalists, Sandeeno and Johnny Clarke on the same riddim. Dub Conductor have had some fun in the production, processing both vocals to give a digital feel to the tracks. The end product is a bouncy vibe with some serious bass pressure and inspiring messages throughout. The A side, Sandeeno’s ‘Zion Train’, features a robotic and iconic spoken introduction inviting all ‘Ladies and Gentlemen’ to step on board the zion train or face the wrath of babylon, outlining the theme of the track. Johnny Clarke on the B Side has a much more relaxed message, perfectly suited for reggae skanking. The message is simple. DANCE!

Introducing the second release in the dub conductor digital dubplate series!! Nano dub was made in our Marseille studio in April 2019. The track features a bass guitar sample which has been distorted to create a really wild and deep sound. It's a real skanker with 1000 different snares, plenty of authentic percussion and a 'womping' repetitive upper bass lick. The versions take the listener into multiple different dimensions with their excessive use of  phasers, panning, echos and reverbs, all mixed and performed live in a real dub style.

Here's a sample of the new, remixed version of "Propaganda" ft Dark Angel, which we created at the start of 2019 for the fantastic Moonshine Recordings label. We've just taken a little sample here, the full track is much longer and blends from the vocal version into a dub version. The same riff/bassline from the original track has been kept, but this one is much more eerie and mystical - a bit more of a musical journey. Hope you like it! Available on double 12" vinyl June 2019!

The release blends upbeat reggae skank sounds, awesome energetic saxophone parts, bouncy percussion and a hot stepping dub drum and bass section. All tracks have been carefully mixed and produced by Dub Conductor in Marseille, France.

Dub Conductor are extremely happy to present our latest musical creation, featuring two fantastic vocalists and a superb saxophonist, all blended into 4 carefully crafted mixes of rootikal dubwise.
This track was born from a meeting between Dub Conductor and El Fata at a big session in Lyon, France, in June 2019. After the session, we decided we had to work with him and set about creating a rhythm and starting the collaboration to create something with this superbly smooth and individual voice. A short while later we decided that we would also love to feature Ponchita Peligros, another instantly identifiable, talented artist who had not yet featured on our label and whose vocal skills had really been catching our attention in recent years. Finally, the rhythm has been given some massive horns sounds from the jazz man Tommy Harris, a skilled saxophonist who we met during a chance encounter in a smokey Jazz club in Manchester. We are extremely proud of the production quality and the positive, energetic vibes of the track and are sure you'll like it too!

After that, Dub Conductor take a journey deep into the mixing board with two dubwise cuts of the rhythm, with additional melodica melodies from Lucadread.
Dub Conductor have been crafting this track for more than 5 years! After many many versions of the Rhythm, we can say for certain that we are happy with the result - crisp, clear dubs which blend roots and steppas music just the way we like it! 😁
