This track contains chord pads based around the tone of F# in the 432 hz tuning.  The Isochronic tone is at 5 hz. Isochronic tones and for entrainment the brainwaves to a specific frequency. Isochronic tones are a way of synchronizing your brain waves (which are measured in hertz) with the hertz of the isochronic beat. The brain has a frequency following response which causes this to occur. These can help induce states of relaxation, meditation and help to relieve anxiety and stressed out states.

here's a basic rundown of the brains states:

Beta - 30hz-13hz - your normal awake state, in higher ranges or above 30hz you may be experiencing stress. In this case, you gotta chill!

Alpha - 13z-8hz - a relaxed and reflective state

Theta - 8hz-4hz - a very meditative state or getting drowsy and drifting off, if your sleepy)

Delta - 4hz and below - deep sleep or a very deep meditative state. Buddhist Monk's brainwaves have been measured in this state during meditation.

In the unlikely event that you experience any unusual physical or mental discomfort, immediately discontinue use.  Do not listen while driving.

If you are not sure about chakras they are energetic centers in the body that associate to different frequencies and organs. These chakras can go out of balance due to situations in our daily lives, for example if someone has an emotional trauma, their heart chakra may not function fully for a while and requires healing. “Om” or “Aum” is an intonation, a vibration which is considered to be the sound at the beginning of creation.

This is a 30 minute binaural audio field recording of ocean waves with a binaural-beat sine wave recording of the Schumann Resonance lightly  embedded into the track. I used the Cosmic Octave Earth year tone of 136.10 Hz, panned this tone left and used 143.93 Hz and panned it right to create an exact binaural-beat tone of 7.83 Hz - the Schumann Resonance.

Listen with headphones to get the full immersive experience and for the binaural beat frequency to be activated. Use it as a background tone at home or at work. Very effective in the evening and listening during sleep. 

I do not recommend listening to this tone when driving. The Schumann frequency is an alpha wave.
