Dub Flash's 25th anniversary celebrations kick off with DFR023: "Dubs of Jupiter", an exploration of how dub music would sound if made on the moons of Jupiter. We assume that the music is intergalactically inaccurate though due to a lack of sound on those moons.

The accompanying "vocal" cuts are unofficially released through Whimsical Music in episodic form, because of the use of samples from TV shows, movies, podcasts etc. Whimsical Music releases are non-profit, only for fun, and are meant as a tribute to things that we like.

In the sixth episode of the first season (so far, our show hasn't been cancelled; fingers crossed), the cast of the comedy police TV show "Brooklyn 99" deals with a smartphone game addiction.

As a bonus, there is an instrumental version included to this release, so you can sing your own vocals over it, if you want. Or just enjoy the music.

Dub Flash is back with release 26, coming on 11.11.2023. It's a heavyweight steppers dub for soundsystem as well as home listening, build like a 90s German techno track, but with a social critical message regarding the (mis)use of public spaces in western societies.

The releases comes in 4 versions, one harder than the other. This is the vocal cut featuring the aggressive, boomer-type, stasi-like Block Warden Dunce Dunderhead.

The release is for free, however, there is a 1€ park usage fee, so that the municipality can keep the park nice and clean.

The track is an homage and respect to the classic era of UK Dub (early to mid 90s) and resembles some early The Disciples sounds. The track has been produced in Finland in 2018.
