It’s hard to believe it’s been 16 years since Throne of Blood Recordings began. Originally conceived as a platform to release vinyl singles from NYC legends The Rapture, the label has grown and evolved into a stalwart of leftfield electronic music and a launchpad for some massively influential artists including Daniel Avery and Bicep.

We’ve never needed an excuse to celebrate, but hitting this milestone has made us contemplate our place in the world, reflecting on the relationships that have made Throne of Blood such an integral part of our lives and our legacy as an incubator for tomorrow’s most remarkable artists. So we’ve put together a series of anniversary EPs that bring our past and future together on the dance floor. 

The first of four releases, Anniversary EP #1 features longtime friend and label collaborator Chloe Thévenin of Parisian powerhouse Lumiere Noire Records, label manager Max Pask in collaboration with Tigersushi mainman Joakim (for the first time since their killer edit of Evan’s Pyramid for Cultures Of Soul), NYC techno mainstay and Bunker affiliate Justin Cudmore, and Liona, a wildly talented producer from Ulaanbaatar.

Four musical points of view with one goal in mind: making people dance. And there’s loads more to come…

The material was collected with the assistance of the DUBFUSION (community) label. In this collaboration, we want to show the current range of independent electronic music of the city and its representatives.

Un Futuro Creíble is proud to present their fourth release. Three original tracks and two remixes that offers another diverse breaks collection that range from euphoric emotions to deep and dark atmospheres. In A side we have AT64, a Nu Skool Breakz influenced track and a remix of the same track by the great DJ Normal 4, where you can expected breakbeat and trance vibes. To close this side we have AT61, an electrobreak with trance sounds track. In the other side AT55 opens the record with an euphoric breakbeat track and another remix of the same track by R.I.P. Bestia where as usual you can expected true 90s cyberdelic dreams.

Dublin Digital Radio is back with its second compilation from producers, composers and musicians resident on Europe’s Best Online Radio Station.

The compilation is a reflection of the range of homegrown talent resident on the station and an opportunity for ddr. to showcase the music of the online station’s monthly residents.

All proceeds for the compilation go to Inner City Helping Homeless, a charity dedicated to providing an outreach and advocacy service to those worst affected by Ireland’s spiraling housing crisis.

With his name appearing on all the label's compilations to date - next to being a regular on Indigo Aera and On Board Music - the 'Cycle' EP marks his first full solo EP since 2018. Rising to the occasion in style, we witness Human Space Machine we would say it was well worth the wait. Over the course of three tracks he skillfully drifts between moody breakbeats, mesmerizing percussion riffs and drifting house. Tip!
