Giuliano Rodrigues is a Brazilian DJ, producer, and label owner recognized as one of the most consistent and influential names in the global Dub Techno scene. Since 2012, he has been shaping the genre through his label Flowing Movement Music, which became one of the earliest Brazilian imprints to gain international attention within the Dub Techno and Deep Tech community. The label has released over 300 titles, serving as a platform not only for Giuliano’s music but also for dozens of underground producers worldwide.

In 2024, Giuliano consolidated his creative vision with the launch of DUBLUCID and DUBLUCIDWAVE, both distributed by Proton SoundSystem, one of the most respected distributors in electronic music.
