Back in 2009, my homies and I formed a group called Hella Proper. We wanted to focus on contributing to the indie/electronic music community here in San Jose. We started with a monthly night of electronic music, to an open format  Sunday Day party called Last Call which lasted 5 amazing seasons. It’s been a minute but it finally happened. We had our 14-year reunion at Baba's House in Oakland and this is my set from that night!

Elevator Music is a mix series comprised of 160bpm influenced music, Juke, Footwork, to Jungle. To start off the mix series we have San Jose, CA natives, Dubstantial and MarkPLSTK doing a back to back, A & B side. In a couple of weeks we’ll have physical cassette tapes. We’ll have limited run of tapes and they’ll be available at the Curate Good, 392 E Taylor St., San Jose and Space 236, 236 Leavenworth St., San Francisco. For now, feel free to download and enjoy.
