12 Finger Dan & B-Base aka Soulbrotha have carved a niche for themselves as a dope production and turntablist duo from Hamburg, Germany. As close protégés of producer icon DJ Premier, the veteran beatsmiths drop the boom bap filled EP "The Golden Era Isn't Finished", exclusively using the classic SP1200 beat machine. The EP comes special delivery courtesy of Ill Adrenaline Records along with first class guest appearances from Beneficence, Kazi, QNC, Craig G, Afu-Ra, Big Shug, Blaq Poet, and an intro from legendary producer and Juice Crew founder Marley Marl. All of the featured lyricists spit fire throughout the project: "Follow course of this rap dramatic theatrics. The vinyl sittin' pretty like that scandal actress" (Beneficence on "Flow 'N Facts"). The EP's 4 tracks and instrumentals are plenty to satisfy the hunger of true hip-hop heads worldwide as the EP's theme boldly states the golden era definitely isn't finished.

HipHopDX Premiere: Ahead of his upcoming debut album, Here, Halifax, Nova Scotia native ChanHays has shared a slice of the album titled “Running,” which features Skyzoo, Elzhi and Uptown XO.

Previously released singles include “New Bag” with The Cool Kids, one of several features on the project. ChanHays addressed the diversity found on his album in the press release.

“I wanted a wide range in the sound to showcase my production,” he said. “I feel I can do it all. That said, there’s a continuity throughout the tracks and the artists featured. These are artists I’ve been a fan of for years and I think I’ve given them backdrops on which they can really flex.”

"Rep For The Slums" is a bonafide underground classic and was Milano's D.I.T.C. debut behind Ahmed's monster beat. There was no way we weren't going to give this a 45 press, but to keep things fresh (and unique) we dug in the digital crates and restored the previously unreleased "My Niggaz", once again produced by Ahmed. This track not only compliments the A Side...it pushes it!

This project is 20 years in the making for Milano as it includes his previously unreleased D.I.T.C. produced album, The Believers, from 1999, his original demos under the name of Ambush and more tracks, produced out on the west coast with the legendary, T-Ray. Once you hear these tracks...you know this is an instant classic!

We've painstakingly put together and restored a total of 30 tracks, across a x2LP, x2CD and 45 Re-issue and Bonus Single. The Believers x2LP and Deluxe Edition Double Disc CD are both finished to the highest degree with heavy vinyl, gatefold jackets and gold foil trimming...we've gone all out. DON'T SLEEP!
