

[HR009] Ducked Ape - Everybody's Going EP

Ducked Ape return to Heroic with already their third release. Besides helping us run the label, this Dutch duo is banging out tracks at a huge tempo. This release beautifully showcases their trademark sound and takes a good step away from their earlier electro and progressive house releases. Supporting the single is a huge remix by Heroic's Dooqu, who at only 16 years of age truly shows his potential.

Everybody's Going
Head bobbingly delicious is an accurate description of Everybody's Going. Ducked Ape showcase unique finesse on the track, combining funky shreds, a soulful sax and JFK speech with their typical electro synths. The result comes out swinging, sparks flying and with a huge old school vibe. Play this whilst walking and you'll have guaranteed swagger.

Supporting the release is a remix by Dooqu, which gives the original a truly epic spin. With a drop as powerful as an avalanche, this two-step slash electro interpretation makes the Everybody's Going EP into a banging whole.
