So excited to share my first release with you guys! 🖤 🦇

My inspiration for this track came from the movie The Descent (hence the name) my goal was to  really encompass a cavern ambience.  I think the overall theme is also fitting given the time of year since Fall is the time of year when Persephone makes her descent back to her throne in the underworld. 🖤🦇

Meet nomi, an LGBTQ immigrant of Poland now based in LA. nomi’s musical foundation developed over 9 years of classical saxophone training. But, from their very first rave, they knew they belonged in the EDM world. And since then, nomi began crafting their unique sound: drum and bass with saxophone, drawing inspirations from Synergy, Rawtekk, GRiZ, and Peekaboo. Fast forward to 2024 and nomi has a handful of releases and remixes out, gaining support from EDM icons Ookay, Wreckno, and DNMO.

From their ethereal intros to high-energy drops, every nomi song is a journey of its own… Expect their melodic saxophone and vibrant vocals to take you out of the ordinary and into the surreal.
