Yan Costa, também conhecido como DJ DukBeatz ,começou sua carreira na música assim que chegou à adolescência, já se identificando com o gênero da música eletrônica. Em 2013 teve seu primeiro contato com a Trap Music, sub-gênero no qual se encontrou.

Como DJ, DukBeatz gosta de manter uma vibe sombria e pesada na trap, bem underground.
