SpinCat is an artist-run label based in Athens, Greece that releases an incredible range of disco,  disco house, french house, filtered house, jackin house, and disco re-edits.

For this 1-hour "label spotlight mix," most of SpinCat's regular roster is represented: Disco Ball'z, FederFunk, C. Da Afro, J.B. Boogie, DiscoGalactiX, and several others.

I’m super-excited to share this mix with you after digging through as much of Large Music’s 27-year (and counting) archive as I could get through in an afternoon.

Large Music is a Chicago-based label run by DJ Jeff Craven. As the Large Music website states, “Kerri Chandler’s ‘Raw Grooves EP’ became the label’s breakout release, and Large Music hasn’t looked back since.” Other artists on the label include Halo, Jay-J, Rasoul, Miguel Migs and Julius Papp.
