Made a reanimation cover for the "fangame underswap papyrus" skin in ulc.
probably not gonna get included but i decided to put my own spin on it

also using reanimation not because i support keno but because it is very "time-period accurate" to put it bluntly

quoriusan helped with the motifs, and fixed some stuff while i did most of the groundwork
