Exploring the fringes betwixt indie/prog-rock-infused melodic
scapes and daringly off-kilter electronics, the name of French jockey and
producer Cosmo Vitelli has become synonymous with deep, no-holds-
barred forays into uncharted territories and full body-&amp;-soul sonic
immersion. Schooled to the sound of guitars, it’s when associated with a
4-track tape recorder that young Cosmo eventually felt the epiphany take
place, leading him to start dabbling in production as the French Touch
was soaring towards worldwide popular acclaim. That was just the beginning.

In the following mix that he delivered to us he blends kosmische-infused stuff.  A multi-layered musical flow from dubish electronica to art rock and folk,  jazzy electro to Cosmic Disco and post punk leading us to an ever- expanding creative vision.

Started mixing around 1980 after being influenced by the (Italo)disco scene in The Hague. Professional DJ career started in 1990 with squat and club parties in The Hague. Got an installment in LA D.S. club in The Hague in 1992 until 1996 to DJ weekly House, Garage & Disco on Sunday nights. Appeared inbetween on several local parties and clubs.

Ever since 1994 weekly guest DJ for regional pirate radio stations. (Trend FM, Radical Radio) Since 1999 till now active as DJ in the European clubcircuit (Panorama Bar Berlin, Barcelona, Den Haag, Amsterdam, Helsinki, Moscow, Dublin, Glasgow, London, Madrid, Geneva, Munich etc.) First record produced in 1994 as Silverstream for Top Secret records (TS-004)

Started The Parallax Corporation together with I-F in 1998 and produced the clubhit 'Lift Off (Viewlexx Viewlexx V12/5) followed up by the Cocadisco series (Viewlexx V12/10, V12/11, V12/12 & V12/16) The Cocadisco Album (2-LP/CD) later appeared on Disko B. Involved in The Parallax Corporation remix for Jolly Music's-Radio Jolly (Sony) Adult.'s-Hand to Phone (Clone), Ganymed's-Music Takes Me Higher (Sabotage) and Japanese Telecom remix on Detroit's Intuit Solar Records. Last vinyl production as The Conservatives (2003) together with I-F.

Since the first days a regular mixer on the CBS and Intergalactic FM.

Schrödinger’s Box Radio is back with another wild show of electronic anomalies, this time with guest mix by IFM legend - Selene!

The assignment: Record a mix with tracks that you’d listen to 100 times.

The result: A mix of machine-age techno and electro to listen to while wandering through the post-apocalyptic streets of Earth.

Selene has been transmitting techno, ambient and electro beats on the airwaves of intergalactic.fm since 2012 — first as the host of The Teahouse on IFM’s beloved ambient channel The Garden, and then on The Dream Machine as the host of Special Circumstances. She’s made multiple appearances at the IFM Festival in the Hague.

Originally schooled in acid house at full moon raves by the Wicked Soundsystem in the San Francisco Bay Area, she moved to New York where she developed her love of techno thanks to events like the legendary New Music Seminar. Any additional free time was spent digging through crates at Temple Records in Soho and throughout various sidewalk sales and flea markets in the city. In addition to IFM, she’s also had the honor of recording guest mixes for Berlin’s Vortex Traks, Chester’s Victrix, Dresden’s Per Musica Ad Astra, the Real Techno mix series and KEXP in Seattle.

Favorite sonic experiences: Plastikman at the Packard Plant, I-f at IFM Fest, Tee Scott at Sound Factory Bar, Robert Hood at Movement, Jeff Mills at Twilo, Jenö at Bonny Doon and Kraftwerk at the Hammerstein Ballroom.
