RUSTY SALAD 🥗 JUMP UP 🥗

Been wanting for a while to showcase properly my tekky/minimal approach to mixing. This mix combines deep dark basslines with drums you’ll wanna instantly move to. 

I approached this mix with the mindset of wanting to show off my skills to the flow of a set, just like I would do playing live. You’ll hear phases of increasingly technical tunes with deep drops and melodic tunes giving that break inbetween.

The SyRan brothers made their debut on Ram Records towards the end of 2019. Their ‘Paradigm’ EP brought together three brand new tracks from a relatively unknown pair, proving Ram still stands as a springboard for the careers of many producers.

After the success of their cut ‘Big Rig’ which featured on sister-label Program’s anticipated 100th release, receiving support from the likes of Andy C and A.M.C, they deliver another record for Ram in the form of ‘Telepathy’. A growling, bass-heavy sub-shaker, with jungle rave-stabs and patches of melody, ‘Telepathy’ is another careful selection from SyRan. It highlights how, despite having very little background, they were offered the Ram platform.
