killjx-x's debut single "Bad Idioma" plunges into the chilling legend of the "beta-tester" who was said to have vanished into the shadows after the catastrophic destruction of the St@ic Corps Blacksite that crippled the state's power grid in 2055.

St@ic Corp, in its quest to test the prototype Idioma' immersion headset, sought human subjects to experience personal digital utopias known as "PONDS." The company employed advanced Al models, referred to as "hunters," to gather information and locate potential subjects. These Al systems utilized proprietary contextual awareness engines to scan thousands of social media accounts and messages, identifying individuals expressing feelings of being trapped by consumerism, political unrest, and a desire to escape reality.

The hunter Al was capable of transforming into various personas, such as influencers, long-lost friends, or even products, and in some instances, hacked into familiar accounts to create a pervasive presence around potential candidates.

Whispers of the beta-tester known as [REDACTED] spread like wildfire through the media, fueled by eerie online rumors that they were the mastermind behind the obliteration of St@ic's clandestine facility, buried deep underground.

The truth remains shrouded in mystery. Debris from the wreckage bore haunting notes and images with the ominous words "keep your eyes open" and "wake up" scattered throughout the facility.

Were they acting alone? And has this nightmare truly ended?

This is a mixed media work for ensemble and electronics based on an aesthetic representation of the sensory challenges that an autistic individual has to face in the every day life. Neurodivergence defines the way of living with autism. Processing everyday sensory information can be difficult for autistic people. Any of their senses may be over- or under-sensitive, or both, at different times. These sensory differences can affect how they feel and act, and can have a profound effect on a person’s life. Sensory processing concerns impairment in communication, social interaction, and behavioral flexibility. Being hypersensitive is when certain sounds, smells, textures and tastes can also be overwhelming. This can result in sensory avoidance – trying to get away from stimuli that most people can easily tune out. People who are hyposensitive may engage in sensory seeking to get more sensory input from the environment. For example, people with autism may stimulate their senses by making loud noises, touching people or objects, or rocking back and forth.  Sensory overload happens when an intense sensory stimulus like an unexpected loud noise overwhelms the ability to cope, leading to intense anxiety and a difficulty communicating. An autistic meltdown is an overwhelming reaction to stress or sensory overload. This reaction is an involuntary, physical response to overwhelming feelings.
