We are very excited to present to you Duplicity 025 featuring @phazer_sound! 

Phazer is the solo project of Eric - formerly known as a member of EJ & Tiemoko. Born and raised in Berlin he is driven by the power of sounds edging across various subjects from mesmeric to spacey to groovy atmospheres, whilst always looking to build a steady and refined progression within his music through the usage of subtle textures and the simplicity of rhythms. Phazer is also a resident of the Szeneputzen (@Szeneputzen030) event series in Berlin, playing alongside a roster of many renowned and upcoming artists within the techno hemisphere. 

On a side note - we hope that everyone is keeping safe and doing well during these crazy, unprecedented times and that things can return to normality as soon as possible! As usual, turn up the volume and enjoy.

Our first mix of the year comes from Amsterdam based Beste Hira. She started her music career at a young age. While completing her high school and university education in classical cello and classical piano branches, she improved herself in production and DJing in Istanbul studios in 2015. There she became one of the representatives of her country's underground music by sharing the stage with local and foreign names. She moved to the Netherlands in 2019, where she has performed in various cities. She is continually developing as a dj and producer, with podcasts for KopjeK, SPOKEN, Influenced & more, and releases on Schimmer Records and Black Line Recordings.
