Born and raised in Munich, VSSL discovered his passion for music at an early age. By playing several instruments, he acquired a basic musical knowledge, which he now uses in his field of electronic music. VSSL loves to play all subgenres of techno. His sound varies from deep polyrythmic records to fast & powerfull techno. One thing is particularly important to him: to take the people on the dancefloor on a journey where the music and the atmosphere it creates are in the foreground. He has demonstrated his passion for DJ-ing in various clubs, including Club Rote Sonne, where he is a permanent resident.

Originally from Venezuela and now based in Montreal, @isabelsoto is a techno producer, DJ and the founder of NYXII Records. She is a resident of the collective Arder.

Her work has garnered recognition and support from many artists around the world including legends like DVS1 and Kr!z.

Isabel made her European debut in September 2023, she played in several countries and graced venues such as the legendary Tresor Berlin, The Garage Of The Bass Valley in Barcelona and :// About Blank.

JANEIN has been a steady force in Leipzig, making a name for himself with his imprint SELEEN and his multiple releases on the said imprint and other labels such as Warg, Soma, Fiedeltwo and more. His productions are known for being acidic sequences, with distinct arpeggiated patterns, giving retro sounds a futuristic treatment.

This next one’s a very special B2B set from two of techno’s freshest talents. German/Dutch pairing Phil Berg and Lobster have emerged from their respective habitats masters of their art. From raves in both their homelands to releases on SK-eleven, HAYES, Room Trax and positivesource, as well as a shared residency for Vault Sessions that’s brought them here for Bassiani Podcast 210, the duo posit a deep and driving compound of high-voltage rhythms in their day-to-day praxis. Slamming techno that has claimed a rightful space among the greatest names of their generation. Layer by layer, an instinctive formulation of heaving basslines and delicate hi-hats balanced with utmost precision. It’s a seamless communion of complementary worldviews in respect to sound, a rich tapestry of ever morphing loops. It’s focus on gradual build, a slowly evolving chimera in lieu of schmaltzy instant gratification. This latest edition clocks in at three hours, a redacted version of their 12 hour set for the Vault Sessions night at Bassiani back in early February. Immersive and rolling, monolith techno that’s sure to set a higher bar for those who follow.
