Augusto Taito has been on my radar for quite some time now, since I’ve been a fan of his music and have played it a lot in my sets over the years. We worked on the idea of releasing his music on Secession for quite some time and I’m very satisfied with the result we achieved. Augusto delivers 4 diverse tracks that fit extremely well in my vision for Secession and I’m sure they will find their way in sets of many techno-oriented DJs.

Go Back to the Root is a journey that invites us to dive deep into the experience of techno, where simplicity meets complexity in a delicate balance. In each track, there’s a sense of urgency to return to the beginning, to touch the roots, to connect with the most primal and authentic part of our being. This is not a sound that seeks to embellish itself with superficialities; it is direct, raw, unadorned, like an underground current flowing relentlessly and powerfully.

The techno here is presented as a mantra, a hypnotic repetition that, far from being monotonous, becomes a space where the mind can have a tangible connection with the cyclical, the eternal, a reminder that, in the end, everything returns to its origin.

Oliver Lieb's “Subraumstimulation” is back as a remastered edition. Phyr Records is the new label from Italy's Pyramidal Decode that has featured top artists like Takaaki Itoh, Dimi Angélis, PWCCA, and Oliver Rosemann, since launching in 2024. Now presenting a joint LP release with Oscar Mulero titled 'Il Poema,' this follows four albums already in just three years.

Oscar Mulero is known for his standout cyclical sound and running the PoleGroup and Warm Up imprints as well as contributing to influential labels like Kr!z’s Token and P.E.A.R.L.’s Falling Ethics.
